February 11, 2012 (2nd weekend in February – Saturday only)

      - The Lewisville Primitive Baptist Church is planning to host a day of singing and fellowship on Saturday, February 11, 2012.  They are going to start about 10:00am, with lunch at noon and then sing some more in the afternoon.  They extend an invitation to anyone who can come and join them.  Since this will be an informal gathering, they are inviting any brothers, sisters or children to lead a song if they would like to.  For more information, please contact Elder Mark Hasenmyer (mhas1@verizon.net).

February 11 & 12, 2012 (2nd weekend in February – Saturday and Sunday)

      - Lord willing Providence Primitive Baptist Church in Stringer, Mississippi will have services starting at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 11th with lunch to follow, an afternoon service, with supper at 5:30 p.m. and services at 7:00 p.m.  We will have services Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. with lunch to follow. Lord willing, we are looking forward to having Elder James Isaacs and Elder Luke Laird with us.  We would love to have visitation from our sister churches and appreciate your prayers for the meeting.  We have members that would be glad to have brethren and sisters in their homes.  There are also hotels in Laurel (approximately 20 minutes away). February 17, 18 & 19, 2012 (3rd weekend in February – Friday Night through Sunday morning)

     - Little Union Primitive Baptist Church near Lithia, FL, will host the 2012 Florida Fellowship Meeting. The meeting begins on Thursday, February 16, 2012 with services at 7:30 PM. The meeting will continue on Friday with services at 10 AM, lunch, 2 PM service, supper and 7:30 PM service. The meeting on Saturday will follow the same schedule as Friday. The meeting will conclude with services at 10:30 AM on Sunday, followed by lunch.

     - Lord willing, Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church of Dallas Texas will hold our annual meeting the weekend of March 17-18, 2012.  We plan to have Saturday Morning and Afternoon services, along with our regular Sunday morning service. Singing for the Saturday morning service will begin at 10:00 AM, and lunch will be served both days.  We invite all ministering servants and all others who have a desire to come and worship with us.  We expect Elder Charles Whitten, from Jackson TN, to be with us.  Most importantly, we pray that the Lord will meet with us in this series of meetings.

     - The Lewisville Primitive Baptist Church wishes to invite you to come and worship with us during our annual meeting.  Elder Tim McCool, pastor of Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church in  Echola, Alabama, has agreed to come and preach for us this year.  We are thankful to host the meeting beginning on Friday evening and continuing through morning services on Sunday morning.  This is the 4th Sunday weekend in March.  We will serve a light supper at 5:30PM on Friday and services with begin at 7:00PM.  There will be three services on Saturday with the morning service beginning promptly at 10:00AM.  Sunday morning service will begin at 10:30AM.

     - The Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church in Kimball, Nebraska will hold a meeting on the 2nd weekend in April.  Elder Don R.      - On the second Sunday in January, the Cortez Primitive Baptist Church voted unanimously to call for the ordination of Brother Adrian Watson to the office of deacon.  We are very thankful  to the good Lord for this wonderful gift.  We have set the time for the ordination to be held on Saturday afternoon of the second week-end in April, with services beginning on Saturday morning and concluding Sunday noon.  We invite all ordained help to come and help us in this service.

     - The New Hope Primitive Baptist Church of Fredericksburg, Texas will be hosting its Annual Meeting the third weekend in June.  The meeting will begin on Friday night with a sandwich supper around 5:30 PM and singing and worship services starting at 7:00 o'clock.      - The Zion Primitive Baptist Church will host the Coastal Georgia Fellowship Meeting second weekend in July.  The Church is located in Brunswick, GA which is about half way between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, Florida.  Elder Chris Folsom is pastor of the Zion Primitive Baptist Church.

Directions:

From the North or South: Take I-95 to exit 36b. This will put you on Highway 341 North. Follow 341 until you cross the Burnett Creek bridge. After crossing the Burnett Creek bridge take the first road to the right (Old Jesup Road). The Church will be approximately 0.5 miles on the right.

From the West: Take Highway 341 South toward Brunswick, GA.      - The Pilgrim’s Rest Primitive Baptist Church at Stratton will host this year’s Camp Meeting the third weekend in July.  We pray that those who seek the truth proclaimed about our blessed Lord will plan to attend. This is an open meeting, and we pray the Lord will again bless us with a host of able preachers and followers.  The meeting will begin Thursday evening, with a sandwich supper at 6:00, followed by singing and preaching. Breakfast will be served each morning, lunch and supper on Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.

We have ample parking for RVs and tents, with water and 30 amp electric service. Many Church members offer their homes, and there are commercial accommodations in Cuero and Yoakum.  There are also numerous motels in Victoria , which is about 35 miles from the Church.  The following motels and B&Bs in Cuero and Yoakum are available.  We will attempt to get special rates from some if you mention you are attending the Stratton Camp Meeting.

There is a lot of oil field activity in the area and motel rooms are in short supply during the week. There are also quite a few RV Parks around the area, but mostly cater to oil field-related residents. Please make your motel room reservations early.

September 21, 22 & 23, 2012 (4th Weekend in September – Friday night through Sunday)

     - The First Primitive Baptist Church of Dallas will host our Annual Meeting the 4th weekend in September.  Supper will be served at 5:30pm on Friday night, with services following.  There will be services on Saturday morning, afternoon and evening, with services at 10:00am on both Saturday and Sunday morning.  We will probably try to start our preaching services on Saturday night around 6:30pm.  Our Sunday worship services will be immediately followed by our Communion service.  We would love to see visitation from our sister Churches, as well as ministering servants that the Lord may send our way.

Aside from opening our homes to visitors, we also have limited electrical hookups for campers.  For those who would prefer to stay in a hotel, there is a Holiday Inn close to our Church.

     - The Temple Primitive Baptist Church, in Shreveport Louisiana, will be hosting the Louisiana Primitive Baptist Association.  Starting on Friday morning 10/12/12 at 10:00am, with afternoon and evening services.  There will be two services on 10/13/12 starting also at 10:00am.  There will be lunch and supper provided on Friday, with only lunch being served on Sat.  Those ministering laborers, or anyone, who feel led of the spirit to attend, we welcome you.  There are several very nice hotels in the area, as well as KOA rv park close by as well.  We are located approx. 4 miles SE of IH - 20.  The address is 2833 Merriwether, Rd.  For more information please contact:

     - The Old School Primitive Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas will host their annual meeting this first weekend in November.  There will be services on Friday night , all day Saturday and on Sunday.  The Saturday night services will start as close to 6:00pm as possible, with preaching services at 6:30pm.  The Old School Primitive Baptist Church is located at 3105 Gardenia Street in Fort Worth, Texas  76119.  One route to the Church is to take I-20 to Fort Worth and exit on Wichita Street.  Turn north and proceed a few miles to Gardenia Street.  Gardenia Street is just a few blocks north past E. December 31, 2012 (New Years Eve)

      - The First Primitive Baptist Church of Dallas will host our annual New Years Eve singing on Thursday night, December 31, 2012.   We generally start gathering around 7:30pm or 8:00pm and sing in the new year.  As before, there will be food / refreshments throughout the evening.  We invite our local brothers and sisters to come and visit us and sing, sing, sing!  For more information please contact Bro.
