- The First Primitive Baptist Church at Dallas will host our "Annual Singing" on the Saturday embracing the 4th Sunday weekend in April. This exact date will be April 26, 2008. We extend an invitation to all those who would like to come and sing praises to our Lord. We especially hope to see songleaders of all ages come and join us. This will also be a time where our sisters can lead singing if they would like to, as well as provide an opportunity for fellowship between our local Churches. - The Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church in Izoro, Texas will host their annual meeting beginning on Saturday morning, before the fourth Sunday in April. The meeting will continue through Sunday morning and meals will be served at the Church. The Bethlehem Church invites visiting brothers and sisters to come and worship with them. They also extend an invitation to the ministers who feel led to attend the meeting. The Church is located on FM 1690 just off highway 281. From Lampasas go North on Highway 281 to junction with FM 1690 about 11 miles. Take right on FM 1690. Go 8.5 miles to Izoro. Keep going North on 1690 for a couple more miles. - The Providence Primitive Baptist Church in Corsicana, Texas will host their Annual Spring Meeting the first weekend in May. Services will start Saturday morning (10:00am), afternoon (2:30pm) and Sunday morning (10:30am). Communion will immediately follow preaching services Sunday morning. This will be May 3rd. and 4th. Due to health, ages and distances that many members have to drive, there will be no Friday or Saturday night services. Meals will be served Saturday and Sunday after morning services. - The Paradise Primitive Baptist Church in Arlington Texas will host her 2nd annual meeting beginning Friday evening May 9th , thru Sunday May 11th, 2008. This is the 2nd weekend in May. There will be a sandwich supper Friday evening at 5:30 with services beginning at 7:00 PM. Saturday morning services will begin at 10:00 AM. Saturday afternoon services will begin at approximately 2:00 PM. Sunday morning services will begin at 10:00 AM. There will be no services Saturday evening. Lunch will be provided both days.

- The Abilene Primitive Baptist Church would like to announce its annual meeting will, Lord willing, begin on Friday night, May 30, 2008, through Sunday morning, June 1, 2008, First Sunday weekend. The meeting will begin on Friday June 13, 2008 with an evening meal around 5:30 P.M. with singing and preaching to follow at 7:00 o' clock. Services will continue Saturday Morning at 10:00 A.M. Then at 2:00 P.M. an ordination service will be held for the ordination of Brother Stephen Emmons to the office of Ministry. Saturday night services will be omitted. June 16 June 20, 2008 (Singing School Grace Primitive Baptist Church in Houston)
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
We are once again planning to have a singing school in Houston this summer. It will be held at Grace Primitive Baptist Church the week of June 16 through June 20, 2008. We invite all that have the desire to come be with us, and also ask an interest in your prayers.
In years past, there has been a wonderful amount of interest in and support of this effort from brothers and sisters from many of our sister Churches. We have been so very thankful for this support, and give our Lord the praise for your generosity. We sincerely hope that the singing school has been a great benefit to all that have attended, and to the Churches they represented.
Some have asked how they may give donations for the benefit of the singing school. Donations are always greatly appreciated, and if you desire to send a donation now to help defray the initial costs that go into planning you may send it to either Paul Smith or me at the address below. Please make it payable to Grace Primitive Baptist Church, but include a note that it is for the singing school. The cost of holding it last year was around $5,000 and of that over half was spent in the months and weeks prior.
There are RV hookups on the property. If you are planning to bring a Camper or RV, please contact one of us so we can adequately prepare for everyone that needs these spots.
We are again anticipating a wonderful week of fellowship, of learning, and of singing praises to the Lord. Please pray that the Lord will bless our efforts, and that all of the praise, honor and glory be to His Holy name.

- The Bethel Primitive Baptist Church in McMahan, Texas will host the
2008 Camp Meeting the third weekend in July. The meeting will start on
Thursday night (July 17th) and continue through Sunday morning (July 20th)
All meals will be served at the Church / dining room building. This is the
rotating Camp Meeting between the
Bethel, Stratton and Doss Churches.
There will be plenty of parking space available and "hookup's" for campers and R.Vs. There are also two nice motels in nearby Lockhart, Texas. Best Western Lockhart at 1-800-551-2409 and The Plum Creek Inn 512-398-4911. Camping facilities with additional R.V. hookups can be found in the State Park on TX-20 just at the southwest edge of Lockhart.
McMahan is about 10 miles east of Lockhart, which is about 30 miles south of Austin, Texas on US-183. From Lockhart, take highway TX-20 east for 5 miles to intersect FM-713 for 5 more miles, turn south and the Church house is easily found on a little hilltop on the south side of the road. Jeffrey Cemetery is immediately behind the Church.

- The Snyder Primitive Baptist Church in Snyder, Texas will host an annual meeting the 3rd weekend in September of 2008. The meeting will begin on Friday night through Sunday morning. The Church at Snyder is located at 2011 Avenue M (79549) between 20th and 21st streets. Local hotels include a Best Western, a Days Inn and the Purple Sage Motel. September 26, 27 & 28, 2008 (4th Weekend in September Friday night through Sunday)
- The First Primitive Baptist Church of Dallas will host their annual meeting the 4th weekend in September. There will be a sandwich supper on Friday night, followed by services. Then services again Saturday morning, afternoon and evening. We will probably try to start our preaching services on Saturday night around 6:30pm. Our Sunday worship services will be immediately followed by our Communion service.
